Scope
This notice describes the public Pocket Utils website at tools.pocketutils.fyi, maintained by the site operator under the Pocket Utils name. It explains the current release’s data handling.
Text, documents and images
Formatting, conversion and previews run locally. The tools do not upload input text, SQL, documents or selected images, and do not save that content in browser storage. Current work exists in page memory; exported files and copied text remain under your control on your device. Markdown remote images are blocked.
Preferences on your device
The website uses localStorage for the two preference entries listed below. These preferences are not an account and are not synchronized between devices.
Hosting and access data
Cloudflare delivers the site and provides network/security services. Requests can involve your IP address, requested URL, browser/device information, time and referring URL. The host may process logs or security cookies under its service configuration and privacy policy. Local tool processing does not mean page visits are anonymous or that no server logs exist.
Advertising, analytics and external links
This release includes no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. If advertising or analytics is enabled later, this notice and the relevant controls will be updated before activation. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own data practices.
Your choices and contact
You can clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove stored preferences, or block storage; saved settings may then be unavailable. The site has no account or server-side archive of your tool inputs for the operator to retrieve or delete. Public contact availability is stated on the Contact & Help page.
